New Face In Hell by Graham Attenborough
New Face In Hell – published on September 12th 2018.
“…the experience of reading these poems [is] profoundly satisfying—the brawling wit, the melancholy, the sense of fun and the sense of anger, and the way in which Attenborough drops a perfect line of self-deprecation or self-realisation at the perfect moment—makes us feel things, and feel them properly.”
About Graham Attenborough
Graham Attenborough grew up in Shrewsbury, Shropshire but spent much of his life in Bristol and Portsmouth. His life in 1980s Bristol was characterised by petty crime, squatting, festivals and drug abuse.
Following rehabilitation, Graham found love and inspiration. He studied history for five years and lectured at the University of Portsmouth for many more. In 2013 he returned to Shrewsbury. He now lives quietly with a dog named Ash and works, part time, as a car park attendant.
