Jenna Clake is a lecturer at Teeside University, having completed a PhD in Creative Writing at the University of Birmingham where her research focused on the feminine and feminist Absurd in twenty-first century British and American poetry. Her debut collection, Fortune Cookie, was published by Eyewear in 2017, and was the recipient of the 2016 Melita Hume Prize. She has won an Eric Gregory Award and was shortlisted for the Somerset Maugham Award 2018.
